It is company policy that we do not to operate a Sale or Return procedure and therefore we will only accept claims for damaged or faulty products.
N.B. All shortages and or damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery or claims may be rejected.
Please provide photographic evidence of any faulty or damaged goods.
